Cleaning Trials
We offer free cleaning trials at our demonstration facility for both new and existing customers.
We operate a dedicated demonstration and trial facility with a wide range of cleaning systems. This enables us to test your components under real working conditions and identify the most effective process before quoting and supplying you with a parts washing machine.
At our facility, your parts are cleaned using different machines, processes and settings to find the best solution. We adjust temperature, chemistry, cycle times and mechanical action to achieve the required standard of cleanliness.
You can visit our demonstration facility to see trials carried out in person, or we can run trials on your behalf and provide detailed feedback and videos. This hopefully will reassure you that the recommended system will deliver consistent results in your own production environment.
Once trials are complete, we will provide clear recommendations on the machine type, configuration and process settings, ensuring the final quoted machine is matched precisely to your parts and process requirements.
